Important note before you start

The Billing dashboard is only accessible in a browser (desktop or mobile browser) — it is not available in the app. Membership subscriptions are billed through Stripe. PayPal is not available for membership billing.

How to update your card

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ in a browser.

  2. Click your profile photo in the top right corner.

  3. Select Billing.

  4. Click the three dots (⋯) next to your active subscription.

  5. Select Details, then click Update payment method.

  6. Enter your new card details and save.

Your new card will be used starting with your next billing cycle.

If your payment recently failed

Updating your card should trigger an automatic retry of the failed charge. Once the payment goes through, your access will be fully restored. If you update your card but the payment doesn't retry on its own, email us and we'll look into it.

Can't find the Billing section?

A few things to check:

  • Make sure you're using a browser, not the app — the Billing section is browser-only

  • Make sure you're logged in to the correct account (the one with the active membership)

Billing section is completely missing from your profile menu?

If you signed up for your membership through PayPal, the Billing dashboard will not appear in your account. This is because PayPal manages the billing externally and there is no payment method stored in your account to update.

In this case, email us at [email protected] and we'll migrate your subscription so it's fully managed within your account. Once that's done, the Billing dashboard will appear and you'll be able to update your payment method directly from there.
