Our refund policy
Face Yoga Method standalone courses, programs, and one-time purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're within 30 days of your purchase date and would like a refund, just reach out.
Please note: Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to continue your membership, you can cancel at any time and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How to request a refund

Include your full name and the email address on your account.
Tell us which product you'd like refunded and the approximate purchase date.
If you have your payment receipt (from Stripe or PayPal), attaching it can speed things up — but it's not required.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
How long does a refund take to appear?
Once a refund is processed, it typically appears on your card or account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If it's been longer than 10 business days and you still don't see it, email us with your name and purchase details so we can look into it.
If you purchased a standalone course, upsell, or sale product
One-time purchases can be made through Stripe or PayPal, depending on how you checked out.
If you paid via Stripe: Your refund will be returned to the card you used.
If you paid via PayPal: Your refund will be returned to your PayPal account. Processing times are the same (5–10 business days), though PayPal may show the return in your balance sooner.
After 30 days
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. If you're past this window and believe there's an exceptional circumstance (for example, a duplicate or accidental charge), please reach out anyway — include your details and we'll review it.
