Before you cancel
A few things worth knowing first:
Cancelling stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose anything right away.
Any standalone courses or programs you purchased separately are not affected by cancelling your membership. Access terms vary by program — for most this means forever access. Check your purchase confirmation email for details.
Cancellation must be done in a browser (desktop or mobile browser). This option is not available in the app.
How to cancel
Log in to your account at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ in a browser.
Click your profile photo in the top right corner.
Select Billing to open your billing dashboard.
Find your active membership subscription and click the three dots (⋯) icon to the right of it.
Select Cancel from the options.
A confirmation pop-up will appear showing your access end date. Click Confirm Cancellation.
You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. Your access remains active until the billing period end date shown in the pop-up.
What you lose access to after cancellation
Once your paid period ends:
Live classes and class replays
The course library and community spaces included in your membership tier
Progress Calls (Plus and Pro) and Ask Your Coach (Pro only)
Standalone courses or programs you purchased separately are not affected — cancelling your membership does not remove those. Check your original purchase confirmation for your access terms.
How to confirm your cancellation worked
After cancelling, go back to Billing in your account settings. Your subscription should show a future end date instead of a renewal date. You should also receive a confirmation email.
Can't find the cancel option?
Make sure you're using a browser, not the app — the billing section is browser-only.
Try a different browser or clear your cache.
Make sure you're logged in to the correct account (the one associated with your membership).
If you still can't find the option, email us and we'll cancel it for you directly.
