How to Reactivate Your Membership

You can always come back

If you've previously cancelled your membership, you're welcome to reactivate at any time. There's no waiting period and no penalty — pick up right where you left off.

How to reactivate

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ in a browser.

  2. Click your profile photo in the top right corner.

  3. Select Billing.

  4. Find your cancelled subscription and click the three dots (⋯) next to it.

  5. Select Renew subscription and complete the checkout process.

Your access is restored immediately once the payment is confirmed.

Want to come back on a different plan?

The billing dashboard will renew you on your previous tier. If you'd like to explore other options before reactivating, email us at [email protected] and we'll walk you through what's available.

What happens when you reactivate?

  • Your access to live classes, replays, and community spaces is restored immediately.

  • Any standalone courses you previously purchased are already in your account — they never went anywhere. Access terms vary by program; check your original purchase confirmation for details.

  • Your community profile and activity history remain intact.

Can I pause my membership instead of cancelling?

Pausing a subscription is not currently available. If you need a break, you can cancel and reactivate later — your content stays safe in the meantime. Alternatively, you can downgrade to Plus to reduce your cost while keeping access. To downgrade, go to profile photo → Billing → three dots → Change plan.
