Important note before you start
The Billing dashboard is only accessible in a browser (desktop or mobile browser) β it is not available in the app. Membership subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
How to update your card
Log in to your account at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ in a browser.
Click your profile photo in the top right corner.
Select Billing.
Click the three dots (β―) next to your active subscription.
Select Details, then click Update payment method.
Enter your new card details and save.
Your new card will be used starting with your next billing cycle.
If your payment recently failed
Updating your card should trigger an automatic retry of the failed charge. Once the payment goes through, your access will be fully restored. If you update your card but the payment doesn't retry on its own, email us and we'll look into it.
Can't find the billing section?
Make sure you're:
Using a browser, not the app
Logged in to the correct account (the one with the active membership)
If you're logged in on a browser and still can't see the Billing section, email us and we'll assist you directly.
