If you've been charged for something you weren't expecting, here are the most common explanations — and what to do for each one.

This happens when a promotional email offers a program at a discount and it isn't immediately obvious you already have it. If you purchased something you already own, email us at [email protected] with your name and the receipt for the duplicate purchase. We'll refund the second charge.

To check what you already own before purchasing: log in at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ and go to the Courses section. Everything you've purchased will be listed there.

Some of our checkout flows include optional add-on programs (upsells) that can be added with one click during purchase. If you clicked through quickly and didn't notice the add-on was selected, you may have been charged for a program you didn't intend to buy.

Your receipt will show exactly what was charged. If there's a charge you don't recognize, email us with your receipt and we'll identify what was purchased and process a refund if appropriate.

If you received a payment error at checkout and submitted the form more than once, you may have been charged multiple times. Check your bank or PayPal account to confirm how many charges went through. Email us immediately with your name and email address so we can refund the duplicates before they settle.

Our charges appear on your statement as FACE YOGA METHOD LLC or similar. If you see a charge you genuinely don't recognize, email us with the amount, date, and last four digits of the card charged. We'll check our records and confirm.
