I Bought a Standalone Program — How Do I Access It?

If this is your first purchase from Face Yoga Method, check your inbox for a welcome email — it includes a link and step-by-step instructions to create your account. Once your account is set up, your purchase will be waiting for you in the Courses section.

Step 1 — Check your email for a confirmation

After purchasing, you should have received an order confirmation email. This email contains a link to access your content and instructions for logging in. Check your inbox — and your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

Step 2 — Log in to your account

Go to https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ and log in using the same email address you used at checkout. This is important — your content is attached to the email used when you purchased, which may differ from your usual email.

If you can't remember your password, use the Forgot password? link on the login page to reset it.

Step 3 — Find your course

Once you're logged in, there are two ways to find your content:

  • Courses section: Your purchased courses and programs appear here. Look for the Courses tab or section in the navigation.

  • Left-hand menu: You can also navigate using the menu on the left side of the screen. This shows all available spaces and content. Sections you have access to will be open; sections that are sold separately or linked to a membership tier will appear locked.

If you see a locked section you think you should have access to, email us and we'll check your account.

Just purchased and it's not there yet?

There can be a short sync delay between payment and access appearing. Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page. If it's still not there after 30 minutes, try the steps above and make sure you're logged in with the right email address.

If you paid with PayPal

PayPal purchases occasionally take a little longer to sync. If it's been over an hour since your PayPal payment confirmed and the content isn't showing, email us with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll grant access manually.

What does my access include?

Access terms vary by program. For most standalone courses and programs, this means forever access — they stay in your account permanently and you can return to them anytime. Check your purchase confirmation email for the specific terms that applied to your order.

Does my purchase include the membership?

No — standalone course purchases give you access to that specific program only. Live classes, class replays, and community coaching spaces are part of the membership and require a separate subscription.
