I Bought a Course Years Ago and Can't Find It Anymore

Old course, platform migration, lost purchase, restore access, create new account

What happened to older purchases?

Face Yoga Method has migrated platforms over the years. If you purchased a course, the 6-Week Bootcamp, or any program a long time ago, your content may not have automatically transferred to the current platform.

This doesn't mean your purchase is gone — you just need to create a new account on our current platform.

What to do

  1. Go to https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ and click Sign up

  2. Create your account using the exact email address you used when you originally purchased

  3. Set a new password during signup — you do not need to use Forgot Password

  4. Once logged in, go to the Courses section to find your program

If your content doesn't appear after creating your account, reply to this message with your full name, the email address you used when you originally purchased, and the name of the course or program. If you still have any order confirmation email or receipt, include it — this helps us locate your account much faster.

I don't have my original receipt

Don't worry — if you remember the approximate purchase date and the product name, we can usually locate it. Reply with as much detail as you can and we'll do our best.

I created a new account and lost everything

If you created a new account and your purchases are attached to an old email address, reply to this message with both email addresses. We can consolidate everything into one account.
