Step 1 — Check your email
After purchasing, you should have received a welcome email from Face Yoga Method. This email contains a link to create your account. Check your inbox — and your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
If you can't find the email, you can create your account directly at: https://faceyogamethod.com/create-account
Step 2 — Create your account
Go to https://faceyogamethod.com/create-account and follow the steps.
Important: Use the same email address you used when you purchased. This is how the platform knows which content to give you access to. If you sign up with a different email, your purchase won't be linked to your account.
Set a new password during signup — you do not need to use Forgot Password at this stage.
Step 3 — Wait a few minutes
Once your account is created, it can take up to 10 minutes for your content to appear. This is normal — the platform needs a moment to sync your purchase with your new account.
After waiting, refresh the page and your content should be available in the Courses section or the left-hand menu.
Content still not showing after 10 minutes?
Make sure you signed up with the exact same email used at checkout
Try logging out and back in
If it's been more than 30 minutes and your content still isn't there, reply to this message with your name and purchase confirmation and we'll sort it out
