Common reasons access goes missing
You're logged in with a different email address than the one used when you purchased
You created a second account by mistake, splitting your purchases across two accounts
The purchase was made a long time ago and the platform has changed since then
Step 1 — Try your other email addresses
Log out and try logging in with every email address you might have used when purchasing. Your purchases are attached to the email used at checkout, which may not be your usual one.
Log in at: https://app.faceyogamethod.com/
Step 2 — Reset your password
If you can find the right email but can't remember the password:
Go to the login page at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/.
Click Forgot password?
Enter the email address associated with your purchase.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link.
Step 3 — Look in the right place
Once you're logged in, there are two ways to find your content:
Courses section: Your purchased courses and programs appear here. Look for the Courses tab or section in the navigation — they are not inside the community feed.
Left-hand menu: You can also navigate using the menu on the left side of the screen. This shows all available spaces and content. Sections you have access to will be open; sections that are sold separately or linked to a membership tier will appear locked.
If you see a locked section you think you should have access to, email us and we'll check your account.
Step 4 — Wait for account sync
If you just created a new account or completed a purchase, wait a few minutes before trying to access content. There is a short sync delay after account creation.
If you accidentally created a duplicate account
This happens. Email us with both email addresses and we can consolidate your purchases into one account so everything is in one place.
If you purchased before the platform changed
Face Yoga Method has migrated platforms over the years. If you purchased a course a long time ago and can no longer find it, email us with your name, the product you purchased, and any order confirmation email you have. We'll do our best to restore your access.
