I Paid But Never Received My Access Email

No access email, confirmation email missing, spam, checkout error, create account, sign up

Written by Esraa Gaber

After purchasing, a confirmation email is sent automatically to the address you used at checkout. If it hasn't arrived, it's almost always one of the following reasons — and all of them are fixable.

1. Check your spam and other folders

Email providers frequently filter purchase confirmations into spam, junk, promotions, or offers folders. Check all of these before assuming the email didn't send. Search your inbox for "Face Yoga Method" or "faceyogamethod" to find it quickly.

2. Check the email address you used at checkout

Your confirmation email was sent to the address you entered at the time of purchase — not necessarily the email you normally use. If you have more than one email address, check all of them.

3. Create your account on our platform

Your program is waiting for you — but you need to create an account to access it. The confirmation email contains your account setup link, but if you didn't receive it, you can create your account directly here:

  1. Click Sign up and create a new account using the exact email address you used at checkout — this is important, your program is linked to that specific email

  2. Set a new password during signup — you do not need to use Forgot Password at this stage

  3. Once logged in, go to the Courses section in the left sidebar or navigation menu to find your program

Already have an account? Log in using the same email you used at checkout and check Courses.

4. If there was an error at checkout

If the page showed an error after you entered your payment details, your purchase may have still gone through. Check your bank account to confirm whether a charge was made. If it was charged but you have no access, reply to this message — do not purchase again until we've confirmed the status. This prevents duplicate charges.
