Where to find your program
Your 28-Day Jumpstart lives in the Courses section of your account — not inside the community feed.
Log in at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ using the same email address you used at checkout.
Click Courses in the left sidebar.
Find the 28-Day Jumpstart and click into it to begin.
Just purchased and nothing is showing yet?
There can be a short sync delay of a few minutes after payment. Wait 10 minutes, log out, and log back in. If it's still not there after 30 minutes, email us.
If you paid with PayPal
PayPal purchases can take slightly longer to sync. If it's been over an hour since your PayPal payment confirmed and your program still isn't showing, email us with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll grant access manually.
Didn't receive a confirmation email?
Check your spam and promotions folders. If you can't find it, log in directly at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ — your program will be in the Courses section regardless of whether the email arrived.
