I Purchased a Course But Can't Find It in My Account

What to do when a course, program, or digital download you purchased isn't showing up in your account, including first-time account setup.

First time purchasing from Face Yoga Method?

Your program lives on our platform at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/. You'll need to create a free account to access it — it only takes a minute.

  1. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Face Yoga Method — it contains a link to set up your account.

  2. Click the link, create a password, and log in.

  3. Go to the Courses section to find your program.

If you've purchased from us before, just log in with your existing email and password at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/.

Just purchased and it's not there yet?

If you bought a course in the last few minutes, wait a few minutes and refresh. There can be a short delay between purchase and access appearing in your account. If it's been more than 30 minutes and it still isn't there, try the steps below.

Step 1 — Check you're in the right account

The most common reason content goes missing is being logged in to a different account than the one used at checkout.

  • Check the email address you used when purchasing — it may differ from the email you typically log in with.

  • Log out and log back in at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ using the email address from your purchase receipt.

  • If you've created more than one account by accident, email us — we can merge them.

Step 2 — Look in the right place

Standalone courses and programs are accessible in the Courses section of your account, not in the community spaces or feed.

Step 3 — Check your purchase confirmation email

You should have received an order confirmation email when you purchased. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Face Yoga Method. The email contains a link to access your content. If you received the email but the link isn't working, email us.

If you paid via PayPal

PayPal purchases occasionally take slightly longer to sync with your account. If it's been over an hour since your PayPal payment was confirmed and the content isn't showing, email us with your PayPal transaction ID or receipt and we'll grant access manually.

If you got an error message at checkout

If the page showed an error after you completed payment, your purchase may have still gone through. Before purchasing again, email us with your name and the email used at checkout — we can confirm whether the charge went through and grant access if needed. This prevents duplicate charges.

Missing a digital download (ebook, PDF, workbook)?

Digital downloads are delivered by email. Check your inbox for the purchase confirmation, which includes your download link. Also check spam and promotions folders. If you can't find it, email us and we'll resend it.
