First time purchasing from Face Yoga Method?
Your classes live on our platform at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/. You'll need to create a free account to access them — it only takes a minute.
Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Face Yoga Method — it contains a link to set up your account.
Click the link, create a password, and log in.
Go to the Courses section to find your classes.
If you've purchased from us before, just log in with your existing email and password at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/.
Where to find your classes
Your flash sale classes are in the Courses section of your account. They are not inside the community feed — look for the Courses tab in the left sidebar or navigation menu.
Log in at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ using the same email address you used at checkout.
Go to the Courses section.
Find your collection — Brighten & Lift, Define & Lift, Sculpt & Lift, or Complete Face Collection.
Click into it and start with any class you like — there's no required order.
Just purchased and nothing is showing yet?
There can be a short sync delay of a few minutes after payment. Wait 10 minutes, log out, and log back in. If it's still not there after 30 minutes, email us.
If you paid with PayPal
PayPal purchases can take slightly longer to sync. If it's been over an hour since your PayPal payment confirmed and your classes aren't showing, email us with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll grant access manually.
Didn't receive a confirmation email?
Check your spam and promotions folders. If you can't find it, log in directly at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ using the email you used at checkout — your classes will be in the Courses section regardless of whether the email arrived.
Logged in but classes aren't there?
Make sure you're logged in with the exact email address used at checkout — your purchase is attached to that email. If you have more than one account, try your other email addresses.
What's included and how long do I have access?
Your flash sale classes come with forever access — no expiry date, no subscription required. Each class runs approximately 40 minutes. You can return to them anytime.
