How to Access Live Class Replays

How long are replays available?

Replay availability depends on your membership tier:

  • Pro members: 30 days from the event date

  • Plus members: 7 days from the event date

  • Starter members: 30 days from the event date

After this window, replays are no longer accessible unless the class was purchased as a standalone product.

When is the replay posted?

Replays are typically posted within 24 hours of each live session ending. If a class finished yesterday and the replay isn't showing yet, check back later that day.

How to find replays on desktop

  1. Log in at https://app.faceyogamethod.com/.

  2. Navigate to the Coaching or Calendar space for your membership tier (Pro Coaching, Plus Coaching, or Starter Coaching).

  3. Once inside the space, you will see a list of classes. At the top, there are two tabs: Upcoming and Past. Click Past to see classes that have already taken place.

  4. Find the class you want to watch and click on it to open it.

  5. The replay video will be available on that page. Click the video to start watching.

How to find replays on mobile

  1. Open the Face Yoga Method app on your phone.

  2. Tap Spaces at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Find and tap your coaching space — for example, Pro Coaching, Plus Coaching, or Starter Coaching.

  4. Once inside the space, you will see a list of classes. At the top, there are two tabs: Upcoming and Past. Tap Past to see classes that have already taken place.

  5. Find the class you want to watch and tap on it to open it.

  6. The replay video will be available on that page. Tap the video to start watching.

Tip: If you're having trouble with video playback in the iOS app, try turning off captions — there is a known issue with captions that we're working on.

Can't find a specific replay?

If a replay isn't showing, it may have expired. If you believe it should still be within your window, email us with the class name and date and we'll check.

Bookmarking replays

Use the Bookmark feature to save replays for easy access. Click or tap the bookmark icon on any event post to save it for later.
