What happens if I miss a payment?
We understand that cards expire and get lost. Perhaps you're simply unable to make a payment. If you find yourself in this situation, please let us know BEFORE the due date by emailing the Customer Success Team at [email protected]. Missed payments can affect your eligibility to continue your Journey inside the Studio.
If a payment is unsuccessful, we'll email you with a request to update your payment details. If we don’t hear back within 5 days, then your access to Studio will be cancelled.
