Sorry about that! A few things usually help:
Try a different browser, or switch from your phone to a computer
Double-check your card details and billing ZIP/postal code
Some banks block international online payments, so your bank may need to approve the charge
If it still doesn't work, please don't keep retrying. Just reply here and we'll email you a secure invoice for the VIP Pass ($37) that you can pay by card. Once it's paid, reply to let us know and we'll set up your VIP access.
Checkout is asking me to add something extra
The extra offer at checkout is optional. You don't need to add anything to get the VIP Pass. If the page won't let you continue without it, reply here and we'll send you an invoice for the VIP Pass only.
I think I was charged twice
Please don't try again. Reply here with the email address you used at checkout and we'll check your order and refund any duplicate charge.
I paid but haven't received anything
Your receipt and VIP welcome email are sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find them, reply here with that email address and we'll look into it.
