I already own other Face Yoga courses. Why would I need this?
Owning a course and having someone plan your weekly practice are two different things. Decided for You removes the decision of what to do next — every Monday, your routine is already waiting. Many women who own courses still find themselves not practicing consistently because there's no one telling them what's next. That's the gap this fills.
Is 10 minutes a day realistic?
That's the whole point. Long enough to feel it working. Short enough to fit into a busy morning, every morning. The routines are designed to be the effective dose — not more, not less.
What if I miss a week?
No problem. Every routine stays in your account. Pick up where you left off, or go back and do the one you missed. The practice doesn't expire.
Do I have to join the live Q&As?
No. Every live Q&A with Tina is recorded and added to your account. Watch whenever suits you, in any time zone. You can also submit your questions in advance if you can't join live.
Is this personal coaching?
No. Decided for You is a group program. The monthly Q&As are live group sessions where Tina answers questions from all members — not one-on-one sessions. If you have a specific technique question, the live Q&A is where to bring it.
What happens after the year?
All 52 routines and every Q&A recording stay in your account forever. You can repeat the routines, revisit specific sessions, and keep practicing. Nothing disappears.
What are the payment options?
You can pay in full ($297) or in 12 monthly payments of $31. Neither is a subscription — payments stop automatically after 12 months and your access continues forever.

When does it start?
