Why is the next lesson still locked?
It depends on the program. In some programs, the next lesson unlocks as soon as you mark the current one complete. In others, lessons are paced — for example, one new lesson per day — so even right after marking a lesson complete, the next one may show as "Available in 1 day" instead of opening immediately. That's expected, not an error.
How to mark a lesson complete
Open the lesson you just finished.
Look for the Mark Complete button, usually below the video.
Click it. Depending on the program, the next lesson will either unlock right away or show when it becomes available.

Still locked, or unsure when it unlocks?
If you see a message like "Available in 1 day" after marking a lesson complete, that's normal pacing — it will open at the time shown. If a lesson seems stuck locked well past when it should be available, try logging out completely and logging back in to refresh your access. If it's still locked after that, reply to this message with your account email and the name of the program, and we'll sort it out directly.
