What is the 5-Day Big Bright Eyes Challenge?
A structured 5-day program led by Fumiko Takatsu and Tina Scholl — five pre-recorded sessions that build day by day, releasing tension first, then waking up the muscles that do the lifting. Plus two live Zoom events with Tina.
What does each day cover?
Day 1 — Release (instant access) — Reconnect with your face. Learn the muscular composition behind your forehead and eye area.
Day 2 — Smooth (Tuesday, August 25) — Release tension in your forehead and soften the 11 lines between your brows.
Day 3 — Lift (Wednesday, August 26) — Toning and lifting for droopy, heavy eyelids.
Day 4 — Brighten (Thursday, August 27) — Dark circles and under-eye bags addressed at the source through improved circulation and drainage.
Day 5 — Mastery (Friday, August 28) — Everything comes together into one complete routine you can do in under 15 minutes a day.
