Life happens. If you miss a day, simply pick up where you left off. Find the next routine in your program and continue from there: Go to your daily routine
Do not try to catch up by doubling up.
Doing two routines in one day to make up for a missed one is not recommended. The face responds best to gentle, consistent work. More is not always better. One routine a day, done well, gets better results than two rushed ones.
Do not restart from Day 1.
You do not need to start over. Your progress does not reset when you miss a day. Just continue from where you stopped.
What if I have missed several days?
The same applies. Find the day you left off and keep going. The program is designed to build week by week, so picking up where you stopped is always better than starting from scratch.
Will I still see results if I miss some days?
Consistency matters more than perfection. Women who show up most days, even if not every single day, still see real changes. The goal is to keep coming back, not to be perfect.
