How to Choose the Right Face Yoga Program

Program comparison · Fundamentals vs Jumpstart vs Bootcamp vs Membership · how to choose based on your goal

Written by Silvina Martinez

With several programs available — Jumpstarts, the 6-Week Bootcamp, Fundamentals, and Membership — it helps to know what each one is designed for before choosing.

Start here: What is your goal?

  • New to face yoga and want to learn the basics → Face Yoga Fundamentals

  • Want to target a specific area (eyes, jawline, mouth/cheeks) → A 28-Day Jumpstart

  • Want a complete full-face program → 6-Week Bootcamp

  • Want ongoing live classes, coaching, and a full course library → Membership

Key differences at a glance

  • Fundamentals — Beginner-friendly intro. Covers core principles and gives you a 30-minute guided routine to get started.

  • 28-Day Jumpstarts — Focused programs targeting one specific area of the face. Available for Eyes & Forehead, Mouth & Cheeks, and Neck & Jawline.

  • 6-Week Bootcamp — The most comprehensive standalone program. Covers the full face and neck. Done once per day.

  • Membership — Ongoing access to live classes, replays, the full course library, Progress Calls, and the community. Best for members who want structure and continuity.

Not sure where to start?

If you're completely new to face yoga, Fundamentals is the right first step. If you have a specific concern, a Jumpstart lets you target it directly. If you want the full experience with live coaching, Membership is designed for that.
