Step 1 — Create your account

Important: Use the same email address you used when you purchased. This is how the platform links your purchase to your account. A different email means your content won't appear.
Step 2 — Wait up to 10 minutes
Once your account is created, it can take up to 10 minutes for your program to appear. This is normal — the platform needs a moment to sync your purchase.
After waiting, refresh the page. Your program will be available in the Courses section or the left-hand menu.
Can't find the program after 10 minutes?
Make sure you used the exact same email as your purchase.
Try logging out and back in.
If it's been more than 30 minutes, email us at [email protected] with your name and purchase confirmation.
