How to Manage Your Notifications

Not receiving class reminders?

If you've RSVPd to classes but aren't getting reminder emails, your notification settings may have been turned off — or the emails are landing in spam.

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If they're not there, follow the steps below.

How to manage your notifications

  1. Click your profile photo in the top right corner.

  2. Select Notification preferences or Settings.

  3. Review each notification type and toggle on the ones you want.

  4. Make sure event reminders and email notifications are enabled.

Recommended settings for not missing classes

  • Turn on email reminders for events you've RSVPd to — you'll get a reminder with the Zoom link before each class starts.

  • Turn on in-app notifications if you use the mobile app regularly.

Still not receiving emails after checking settings?

Add [email protected] to your email contacts or safe sender list. This prevents our emails from being filtered as spam.

If emails are still not arriving, email us and we'll check whether there's an issue with your account's email delivery.

Too many notifications?

You're in full control. Use the notification settings to turn off any updates you don't want — you can be as selective as you like.
