Welcome — here's how your purchase works
When you buy a standalone course or program from Face Yoga Method, your content lives in your account on our platform. Here's how to get to it.
Step 1 — Check your email for a confirmation
After purchasing, you should have received an order confirmation email. This email contains a link to access your content and instructions for logging in. Check your inbox — and your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
Step 2 — Log in to your account
Go to https://app.faceyogamethod.com/ and log in using the same email address you used at checkout. Your content is attached to the email used when you purchased, which may differ from your usual email.
If this is your first time logging in, use the Forgot password? link on the login page to create a password.
Step 3 — Find your course
Once you're logged in, your purchased courses and programs appear in the Courses section of your account. They are not inside the community feed — look for the Courses tab or section in the navigation.
Just purchased and it's not there yet?
There can be a short sync delay between payment and access appearing. Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page. If it's still not there after 30 minutes, make sure you're logged in with the right email address.
If you paid with PayPal
PayPal purchases occasionally take a little longer to sync. If it's been over an hour since your PayPal payment confirmed and the content isn't showing, email us with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll grant access manually.
What does "forever access" mean?
Standalone courses and programs come with forever access — meaning they stay in your account permanently. You're not on a timer. You can return to them anytime you like.
Does my purchase include the membership?
No — standalone course purchases give you access to that specific program only. Live classes, class replays, and community coaching spaces are part of the membership and require a separate subscription.
